Company Overview

Ningbo Aoyu Machine Manufacture Co., Ltd., which was founded in December 2004, is a Sino-foreign joint venture. We are located at No. 6, Shuangjiu Road, Chaiqiao Industrial Zone, Beilun, Ningbo. Our company covers a floor space of 12,000 square meters, with a building area of about 10,000 square meters. Our fixed assets amount to RMB30 million. We enjoy rather convenient transportation and beautiful environment. With advanced equipment, our company is able to manufacture stamped parts, machined parts, trolley, and other related products. We have over 150 staff and among them there are more than 20 technicians and managerial personnel. We have seven workshops and five departments/offices. With more than 50 pieces of specialized facilities, we are capable of stamping, spray molding, meters making, welding, bending and tool making, which lays a solid foundation for producing different kinds of quality stamping products. Our Auto-painting line, designed on June,2006,are constructed from September,2006 to March 2007,costing almost 1 million USD. The key technic fixing is imported from world famous GEMAA company in Switzerland. The painting line releases the staff from hard work. We only cost four hours to finish painting. The max painting size is 2.8*0.6*1m .And the max painting sqare is 400m^3 per hour. Ever since our establishment, we have adhered to the management philosophy of "quality first, users preferential".
